Redogörelsens omfattning
This accessibility statement applies to the Lizensa online shop at lizensa.se: the home page, catalogue and product pages, search, cart, checkout, the customer account and the legal pages. It explains how the shop meets the accessibility requirements of the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) as transposed into national law.
Efterlevnadsstatus
We design and test the shop against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA — the web requirements of the harmonised European standard EN 301 549.
The shop is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA: the parts listed under "Known limitations" do not fully meet it yet. As far as our checks show, everything else does.
Kända begränsningar
- Payment forms. Card, PayPal and other payment forms in the checkout are embedded from the payment provider. We choose providers with accessible forms, but we cannot change their markup.
- Support chat. The chat window is a third-party widget; its keyboard and screen-reader support is outside our control. Every question can also be sent by e-mail to support@lizensa.se.
- PDF documents. Invoices and licence certificates are PDF files that are not yet tagged for screen readers. On request we send their content by e-mail as plain text.
Barriers found by our automated checks are fixed before a change is released; any that remain are listed here.

This statement was last reviewed on 24 september 2026. It is based on a self-assessment:
- automated axe-core tests against WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 (levels A and AA) of the home page, a category page, a product page, the cart, the checkout, the account login and this statement, run on every change before it is released;
- manual checks using the keyboard only.
We review this statement at least once a year and after every major change to the shop.

Vad vi gör för tillgänglighet
Specifikt håller ingenjörsteamet sig till:
- Tangentbordsnavigering — varje interaktivt element kan nås med Tab, aktiveras med Enter eller Mellanslag och stängas med Escape. Vi använder inte mus-endast-mönster.
- Semantisk HTML — landmärken (`<main>`, `<nav>`, `<footer>`), rubriker i korrekt ordning, inbyggda formulärkontroller, riktiga knappar. Skärmläsare bör aldrig behöva ARIA för att förstå en sida som de kunde förstå från märkspråket ensamt.
- Synligt fokus — varje interaktivt element visar en fokusring hela tiden när det fokuseras via tangentbord, med minst 3:1 kontrast mot bakgrunden.
- Färgkontrast — brödtext på 4,5:1, stor text och ikoner på 3:1, i både ljust och mörkt läge.
- Storleksändringsbar text — sidor förblir användbara upp till 200 % zoom i valfri webbläsare; inga fasta pixelbredder blockerar omflöde.
- Minskad rörelse — animationer respekterar `prefers-reduced-motion` och spelar aldrig automatiskt upp video med ljud.
Tangentbordsgenvägar
Standardwebbläsargenvägar fungerar överallt. Webbplatsen lägger till två egna:
- / — öppna sökpaletten från valfri sida.
- Escape — stäng alla dialogrutor, paneler eller menyer.
Vi håller medvetet genvägslistan minimal så att den inte kolliderar med hjälpmedelsteknikens tangentbindningar.
Webbläsare och hjälpmedelsteknik
Vi testar på de två senaste versionerna av Chrome, Edge, Firefox och Safari på dator, samt Safari och Chrome på iOS och Android. Vi testar skärmläsarbeteende med NVDA + Firefox, JAWS + Chrome, VoiceOver + Safari (macOS och iOS) och TalkBack + Chrome på Android.
Vi testar inte mot Internet Explorer 11; det stöds inte längre av Microsoft och vi blockerar det inte men kan inte garantera tillgänglighet där.
